For all the time we spend working in our lifetime, our work should make us more than motivated.  It should enhance our lives.  Brand is the essence of your work, yourself and what you are contributing to the world.  It's not something that is really hard.  You already have it inside you.  You just need to communicate it out to others in a way they can hear you - in a way that makes them want to take action.  Example models can be found here.
